1. Introduction & Agreement

These terms of service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players who use the h5hh platform (https://h5hh.mom) and h5hh. Registering an account, accessing games, or using any part of the service on this platform means you accept all of these terms.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, stop using this service and close the site. h5hh reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website.

2. Account Registration & User Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

h5hh services are available to players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account or playing on this platform. h5hh may request proof of age in cases of doubt, and if it cannot be provided, the account may be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player (identified by matching name, phone number, or payment method) may hold only one account at h5hh. If duplicate accounts are found, winnings will be voided and the accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. h5hh may refuse withdrawals from accounts opened with false information.

2.4 Account Security

Users must keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party. h5hh treats any action taken through your account as your own responsibility.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit at h5hh using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit for all payment methods is 3,000 Ks. Deposits can be made 24 hours a day, Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Funds typically arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours, though this may vary depending on the banking network.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

h5hh may request ID or phone number verification before processing a withdrawal. This is done to keep your funds secure and to protect your account.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

h5hh's welcome bonus gives you 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a 40,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 60,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

If you deposit 320,000 Ks, the maximum bonus is capped at 300,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x Wagering Requirement on a bonus means you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Withdrawal is only available once the wagering is complete.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• The time limit for each individual bonus is stated in its respective bonus terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine play only. h5hh may refuse bonuses to players who engage in arbitrage betting or who play solely to clear bonus wagering requirements.
• h5hh may modify or cancel any bonus with or without prior notice.
• Wagering contribution rates may differ by casino game type, as specified in the individual bonus terms.

4.4 VIP Tier Cashback

h5hh's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

A player's VIP tier advances based on their play activity and engagement.

5. Prohibited Actions

Players must not engage in any of the following actions—

• Using a payment method that does not belong to your own account
• Multi-accounting
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or loopholes
• Completing wagering requirements without genuine play, solely to clear a bonus
• Money laundering or any illegal activity on the platform
• Using bots or automated software to play
• Harassing or threatening staff or other players

If h5hh suspects a player of committing any of these actions, the account may be suspended immediately, winnings may be voided, and withdrawals may be denied.

6. Liability Limitations and Legal

6.1 Service Interruptions

h5hh may temporarily suspend its service without prior notice due to technical maintenance, software updates, or other operational requirements. h5hh is not responsible for any losses from games that occur during such interruptions.

6.2 Finality of Decisions

The final decision regarding bonus awards, game outcomes, and withdrawal processing rests with h5hh, though decisions are subject to fair review rather than being strictly irreversible. Disputes can be submitted via 24-hour Live Chat.

6.3 Third-Party Software

h5hh is not responsible for losses resulting from software errors or connectivity issues caused by the third-party software providers that supply the games on the platform.

6.4 Fair Play

h5hh is protected by SSL encryption and supports fair play. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and h5hh does not predetermine or influence outcomes in any way.
